Five real photo postcards showing Henry Ford's airport in Dearborn including views of the National Air Tour which was held there in 1928

AZO, Noko. 3.5 x 5.5", postally unused. Light curling/wear else very good condition. There are two views (front and back) of the terminal showing people watching the sky, in one, a biplane is seen, both are labeled "Passenger Terminal." The remaining three "Sky Above Dearborn" and "Dearborn, Mich" (two different views), each having multiple images from the air tour: planes, hot air balloons and dirigibles. Plus, one photo shows a hanger with a banner that reads "National Air Tour Detroit Balloon Races". Comes with: a real photo postcard of the Dearborn Inn (1931?, same condition as above) where visitors to Ford's airport stayed. Henry Ford commissioned Albert Kahn to design both structures. A total of six real photo postcards, sold as a lot only. SCARCE.
