14 x 8.5", boards, leather spine, unpaginated. Covers/spine poor, almost disbound, textblock cracked, pages have soiling and staining. Every page filled in. This is a record of the runs listing badge numbers, trucks, engines etc. There are no details on the causes of the fires. Since this log is from the Central Office it covers all the neighborhoods: Downtown, Corktown, Southwest, near West and near East sides. Some of the businesses who received a visit: Capewell Horseshoe & Nail, Union Depot Other fires: automobiles, streetcars, railroad cars, shanties, dumps, asphalt, tar kettles. Interesting, SCARCE.
