12 x 7.5", cloth, 200pp. Covers worn, soiled, stained, edges chewed up, paper label on spine, textblock cracked, detached pages, pages have soiling and tears else good condition. All pages filled in except for two. This is a record of the runs listing badge numbers, trucks, engines etc. There are no details on the causes of the fires. Since this log is from the Central Office it covers all the neighborhoods: Downtown, Corktown, Southwest, near West and near East sides. Some of the businesses who received a visit: Studebaker, Scripps Booth Cycle Car, Briggs Mfg., Cass High School, Detroit Free Press, City Coffee Mills, Detroit Mirror Works, Michigan Ambulance, Mundus Brewery, Broadway Market. Also, a massive fire at the Michigan Central Depot, Jefferson and Third. Other fires: popcorn wagons, docks, tar kettles, dumps, sidewalks, automobile boats, marshes. Interesting. Sold as is.
