No photographer/publisher listed. 3.5 x 5.5". Postally used, light wear and soiling else good to very good condition. Shows a long road running parallel to fenced farmland, farm buildings off to the left. John L. Polley had a farm in Gould City where he raised Holstein-Friesian cattle. On June 30, he writes to his friend John LaFond of Manistique, Michigan "Am too busy at present to look up the __gation of Scott's Point but will do so soon as I can. Have sold since April 1st over 1000 postcards, besides mounted pictures..." Signed by Polley on the front blank margin as well as the reverse. Scott Point, located south of Gould City was once a late Woodland Indian village. SCARCE.
