One page, 9.25 x 7", on The Secretary of the Navy letterhead (with embossed flag at top left corner), folds, some toning, else a nice, short note thanking someone for sending him a photo. Denby was a Detroit attorney and politician (and US Rep) who became Secretary of the Navy under Harding, and who transferred the Teapot Dome oil fields to the Dept of the Interior (under Albert Fall); he was forced to resign after the investigation.
