Three blank pages. The book title does not have "Village Of Oscoda" listed but the contents indicate that it is Oscoda, ie. "dock reserved for Village of Oscoda." Plus the businesses and residents listed are from Oscoda. The printed contents are arranged by district, section, township and range. Names, property description, acreage, value etc. are handwritten in. Example: "Smith Kelley & Co. entire block 1 2 3 4 with real estate value of $550.00. Some of the names and businesses listed: Allen (Alfred), AuSable River Boom Company, Bourbonnais, Daggett, Duell, Dudgeon, A.R. Loud, Loud Gay Co. Plus much more. One of the highway commissioners, C.A. Brackenridge has property listed in this book. The years covered in this volume are from 1869-1881.
