L.L. Cook. 3.5 x 5.5". Postally unused, light soiling, wear and curling, very good condition. Shown: Stegosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Pitch Pool, Uintather and "Domke's Prehistorical Gardens (entrance). Nathan Domke bought a piece of property in 1930 in Ossineke which he felt looked like the kind of land that dinosaurs roamed. He started creating all these lifelike beings in 1935 and finished in 1967, after he had sold the gardens. The site is still in business today under the name "Dinosaur Gardens." Sold as a pair. SCARCE.
