This prospectus shows an architectural model on the front cover and a full page color photo of the completed building, rear page is blank. Opposite the photo are details on this new, modern structure. There are 417 apartments, all with a view and individual balconies, the main level boasts a Fine Arts lounge, a pharmacy, shops, the lower level has a barber shop and a beauty salon. There's also an Olympic-size pool and a three level parking garage. Designed by Giffels & Rossetti.
