Folded, fold creases, light creasing, short edge tear, scattered spotting, bottom third is stuck to back at one small area. Signed by J. (James) F. Joy, president of the Michigan Central Railroad Company and also by the presidents of the Jackson, Lansing and Saginaw Railroad Company and the Ionia and Lansing Railroad Company. James F. Joy was instrumental in organizing the Michigan Central Railroad Company and was its president, director and attorney for many years. He was successful in building several other railroad companies.
