Cancellation marks, creases, tiny edge tear, certificate receipt stapled to the reverse which has creasing, removal marks and two red documentary stamps, 50 and 10. Henry M. Leland, 1843-1932, was the founder of Cadillac and Lincoln Motor Car Companies. His was the sole surviving executor.
