Photos, 8.25 x 5.5", gilt-lettered brown cloth, (183)pp, covers well worn and darkened, outer front hinge splitting halfway from top, extremities bumped and chipped, hinges loose, inner hinges cracking, EX-LIBRARY with usual markings, pp worn, toned and loose with MS ink page numbers throughout. WITH BOOKPLATE ("This copy of Confessions of an Actor belongs to...[blank]...and is specially autographed by the Author") SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, JOHN BARRYMORE. The library's bookplate, however, covers the upper left quadrant of the signed bookplate, but does not interfere with his signature. SWAF.
