Group of ten envelopes and a stack of maid's reports from Detroit's Pick-Fort Shelby Hotel. [Double Tree Suites- Fort Shelby]

Envelopes are oblong 4 x 7.5", printed in upper left corner "The Pick-Fort Shelby Lafayette Boulevard at First Street Detroit 26, Michigan". Maid's report is 6.5 x 7.5", printed form on pale pink paper, stack is 1/2" high attached to cardboard, unpaginated. Envelopes are unused, light creasing and soiling, flaps are stuck to the envelope else very good, top page of the maid's report is soiled and creased, unused, remainder is very good. Originally opened in 1917, with a later addition by Albert Kahn in 1927 it became the Pick-Fort Shelby Hotel in 1951. Recently renovated by its new owner, Hilton Hotels, it is now known as the Double Tree Suites- Fort Shelby. Nice bit of Detroit hotel memorabilia. Sold as a lot.
