Oblong 5 x 9" with colorful image of the "approach" on one side and a printed advertisement for the La Measure Bros. on reverse. Light soiling, creasing, edge wear else good to very good condition. Shown in the artist's conception is the very large La Measure Bros. plant bordered by Baker and 21st streets, 21st street leads directly to the Ambassador Bridge and shows the bridge across the water all the way to Windsor, Ontario. Area surrounding the bridge and plant is mainly residential, the only other street listed is Vernor Highway. On the back is information on the La Measure Bros. laundry and garment cleaning plant. Of interest is a listing of six bridges built in the U.S. between 1883 (Brooklyn) and 1929 (Ambassador) and gives their statistics ie. length of span, height over water, diameter of cables.
