FIRST ED, Early State, (Todd "E2" & Eckels Fourth states of vignette title; Todd state 3 of verso of title) with most points in Smith: Heritage Bookshop bibliography (except for "A" on p 67, "too" on p 72, and "9" on p 168. Fine leather binding.
