Page one is entitled "60-61 Victoria" and below "Chap. 16. An Act to Consolidate. . . ", no pages lacking as entire book is chapter 16. Some of the goods subject to duty (with list of fees): ales, beers, wines and liquors (no surprise), opium, arsenic, asbestos, acid, locomotives, church vestments, blasting powder. Scarce.
