Mostly b&w illustr, oblong 8.5 x 10.5, gilt lettered red cloth, 98 pp, covers worn and soiled, extremities bumped and fraying, large tear in cloth on bottom edge of front cover, hinges loose, contents good, in stained and badly edge chipped dust jacket. With tipped-in page stating "LIMITED 25 AUTHOR'S PRESENTATION COPIES" SIGNED BY VON SCHMIDT, NORMAN ROCKWELL AND AUTHOR, JOHN M. CARROLL. ADDITIONALLY, WITH A BOOKPLATE ON WHICH IS WRITTEN "From the John M. Carroll Library." Scarce, but in rather ragged condition.
