Stained, spotted, wrinkled, torn, cover splitting and lacking a corner, pencil scribble inside front cover, ink and pencil name of previous owner: "Franklin Hall's Atlas Scottsville, New York." Seven of the eight plans are hand colored and are still attractive despite the condition. Very scarce. Third edition. Sold as is -- no returns.
