11 x 8.5, black buckram with paper label removed from spine, 54 leaves with typing on rectos only, covers a bit worn, couple of inkstamps from sanatorium on endpapers, library pocket inside front cover, eps toned, else a nice copy. Carbon copies of typed autopsy reports of 16 sanatorium patients who died in 1939; each autopsy signed at end by Dr. R. E. Olsen, Prosector. Most died from tuberculosis!
