11 x 8.5, black buckram with paper label removed from spine, approx 150 leaves with typing on rectos only, covers a bit worn, couple of inkstamps from sanatorium on endpapers, library pocket inside front cover, eps toned, some finger soiling and toning to pp. Carbon copies of typed autopsy reports of 55 sanatorium patients who died in 1935-1938; each autopsy signed at end by Dr. R. E. Olsen, Prosector. Most died from tuberculosis!
