Covers worn, shelfworn, soiled, peeling, office stamps, spines bumped and worn, one spine has several tears, most of the contents have some toning else clean and good. The reports are printed with handwritten notes, and states the financial condition for that time period. Covers soiled, spotted, some staining, office stamps, contents clean and good. Incorporated in 1875 it was leased in perpetuity in 1881 to Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad. Sold to Michigan Central Railroad in 1961 and dissolved. A total of 12 items.
