11.5 x 9.5, printed tan boards, with cloth spines, (color varies from volume to volume), two reports are stapled wraps (1913 dupe and "Selected Pages"), each one numbered 1-83 except for the six-month volume where the pagination varies and "Selected Reports" which has 113 pp. Boards well worn, stained, soiled, office stamps, peeling, some abrasions, 1896 is loose in covers, two items in wraps covers good, contents have some toning and soiling else clean and good. The reports are printed with handwritten notes and states the financial condition for that time period. On the board of directors for the years listed above were four Vanderbilts: Cornelius, William K., Jr., Frederick W. and Harold. The Detroit and Chicago Railroad Company was incorporated in 1888 and merged in 1915 into the New York Central. A total of 20 items.
