(Henry) W. Morris as president and E. (Edward) H. Ostrander as secretary. Fold creases, tiny tear, light creasing, rusty paperclip marks, light soiling else good/very good. Paid out on January 22, 1912. Jules Zimmerlin and his brother Armand, known as the Zimmerlin Brothers, owned a motorcycle business at 1030 Golden Gate Avenue (as of 1912).
