Gold and cream, oblong 8.5 x 11, three vignettes, at the top, center shows mountains and a railroad bridge, side vignettes show men working on a mine and shoveling out the gold, signed by H. (Henry) W. Morris as president and E. (Edward) H. Ostrander as secretary. Fold creases, tiny tear, light creasing, rusty paperclip marks, light soiling else good/very good. Paid out on January 22, 1912. Jules Zimmerlin and his brother Armand, known as the Zimmerlin Brothers, owned a motorcycle business at 1030 Golden Gate Avenue (as of 1912).
