Illustr ads, 7 x 5, gilt lettered white faux-pebbled leather, 53 pp, covers very worn and soiled, most of spine chipped wasy, hinges loose, front inner hinge badly broken, couple old magazine articles glued in at front (with browned glue), a poor copy but a scarce title from one of the most elegant men's tailors in late 19th century Chicago. Scarce. Example: The Silk Hat -- Should always be worn with the evening or full dress suit, and the double breasted frock suit. It may be worn with the cutaway, but never with the sack suit. Something to keep in mind.
