Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson, New York. 3 x 7, printed on one side, vignette in center is of Ceres seated, to the left is Ceres leaning on a pillar "V" above and below, to the right is Commerce seated "V" below and between the signatures Cupid on a deer. Issued to I (?) Godfroy on October 1, 1835, and signed by the cashier and president. Edges chipped, unevenly trimmed, missing lower left corner, creased and worn.
