9.5 x 7.5, broadside with red and gilt decorated borders plus images of Eisenhower, White House and Capitol buildings at top, toned, attached to backer boards then matted and framed to 15 x 13. A rather uncommom item but this one is probably SECRETARILY SIGNED (ANN WHITMAN?) FOR DWIGHT EISENHOWER. Prayer offered by Eisenhower in his first Inaugural Address.
