#72655, 9.5 x 7.5, numbers 72655 in lower right corner, stamped on reverse "Manning Bros. Commercial Photographers 504-505 Lincoln Building Corner State and Park Sts. Detroit, Mich." Light wear and creasing, reverse heavily soiled/sunned with pencil work "ok" else good/very good. Shows the front of the vehicle as it is parked along a city street next to a large brick commercial building. Painted on the front of the truck's roof "Det. Fire Dep't." manufacturer's name on radiator cap is illegible. Through the windshield a winch is visible on the back of the truck. The Manning Bros. were Detroit's pre-eminent commercial photographers, arriving in Detroit in 1906. Scarce.
