Hand-drawn map, 8.25 x 8, ribbon tied leather backed gilt lettered cloth, 15 pp (printed on rectos only), covers worn with some loss of cloth on front and back covers, pages toned (esp at ends), some wear to edges of map, else a decent copy with the abstract company's gold seal and a signature on last page. Property first owned by Jacob Aiken in 1874, finally by Mary Graves in 1901.
