Photos (majority are heliotrope, one albertype), 1 architect rendering, 12 x 9.5, stamped cloth with gilt lettering and decoration; v, 312 (including ads). Almost disbound, covers poor, ink name, pencil inscription, large pieces torn out of front blank page and two ads, smudging, soiling, tears, browning, pencil notes on a few pages, rendering missing corner, offsetting, yellowed newspaper clipping, light staining, text block cracked, loose pages / signatures. Best thing about this book are the photos of the insurance offices, some of the ciites: Hartford, Phila, NYC, Milwaukee, Springfield, Mass. Sold as is.
