Covers worn, rubbed, scuffed/scraped, shelfworn, Volume I rebacked, corners bumped and worn, spine rubbed affecting gilt and spine labels, raised band on Volume I chipped, inner hinges cracked, inner hinges on Volume I have been archivally repaired, scattered foxing, offsetting from plates, some toning, ink names on front pastedowns else good/very good. Plates are complete, 119/119 and are bright and sharp. Volume I and II bear the title "Lectures on Botany . . ." and Volume III has the title of "Lectures on Various Subjects, as Delivered in the Botanic Garden at Lambeth by the Late William Curtis. . ."
