Covers fair/poor, very well worn, underlying boards exposed, lacks clasps, spine peeling, torn and missing lower 1/5, outer/inner hinges cracked and covers very loose, contemporary ink notes on blank pages, toning, staining, tears, creased corners, lacks lower corners of pages 117/118 and 137/138 affecting text, tip of upper corner of 389/390 lacking and affects pagination, pages 499/500 and rear blank page detached, several pages missing small pieces in margins not affecting text, margins of last few pages are "worn off" affecting text, loose signature, lacks pages 523/524 and 545/547, lacks a few pages of the unpaginated "Register" (the "1st" page starts with "Frolodei" and "last" page ends with paragraph numbered "62" 16 "Register" pages present). Published by Christopher Sower II (various spellings of the last name), son of Christopher Sower who published the first bible on the North American continent was a 1663 Indian translation).
