Toning, creasing, a few small tears, removal marks, On the first page is the name and information of the examined man as well as a stamp print by the senior prosecutor, the second page has a note from the Gestapo along with their stamp, page three has a recipient stamp by the senior prosecutor and court, page four has the original seal of the public prosecutor and stamp of the senior prosecutor and a postmark, at the top of pages three and four is a paper Nazi seal. Document could be a possible background check.
