Illustr, 8.5 x 5.25, die cut color stapled wraps, 24 pp, covers detached at spine, front cover with ink writing and taped tears, contents with vertical crease and minor soil, covers cut into a bamboo and dragon design, with nose of dragon on back cover to slip into cut in front cover when item is folded in half, illust shows a man being suspended over a fire, some pretty women with umbrellas, and an angry Asian man pulling a rickshaw, chasing a Westerner on his bike.
