Gold colored medal, 1.5 diameter, attached to an oblong pin section, 1.5 x .5" also gold colored, combined length is 2.25, reverse of the medal shows men racing horses; judge's pin, 2 x .5" gold colored, enameled circle in center is rimmed with blue w/gilt lettering and a white center with red initials (MSF), ribbon is 2.5 x 1.5, combined length 3". Medal is lacking pin, pin "body" is present and shows signs of being reattached, light wear and scratches else good/very good; light soiling and scratches to judge's pin, ribbon has light soiling, wear, light rubbing to letters, edges frayed else good. In 1905 the Michigan State Fair was moved to its final location at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Eight Mile Road. Attractive items. Sold as a pair.
