3" diameter, sculptor's initials "JRS." Light soiling and wear else very good. Front shows the profile of Roosevelt and these words: "President of the United States Franklin Delano Roosevelt" and on the reverse "For Country and Humanity in Memoriam Inaugurated President Mar. 4, 1933, Jan. 20, 1937, Jan. 20, 1941, Jan. 20, 1945 Died April 12, 1945" with a draped seated figure. Comes with a worn, soiled box that is stamped "Medallic Art Co. New York."
