8.75 x 5.5, soiled, creased, torn and missing small pieces outside margin, small holes, light staining, advertisement most likely removed from a city directory. Occupying almost half of the page is an engraving of the drug store, which is described below as an "elegant establishment" with "sixteen large colored show globes." Shown in front of this 4-story building are three carriages and pedestrians on its sidewalk. It was located at 131 and 133 Woodward Avenue in the Fisher Block directly acros from Campus Martius. On the revers is the Landing House Hotel in Lansing, Mich. Comes with five stained, worn and torn scraps of paper with medicine "recipes." A total of six pieces.
