4.25 x 2.5, photographer listed as D. Wettern, Hamburg, Germany. Light spotting to mount, a few scratches on image, back is soiled, pencil note on reverse: "George French, brother of William French." In the photo, the man on the left is wearing a short ermine(?) trimmed jacket w/gold braid and a matching cap; the next man is wearing a large pattern plaid trousers, a long coat, a false beard and a topcoat; the woman is wearing a knee length dress trimmed with ermine (?), a black band around her neck, decoration in her hair and earrings.
