Oblong, 3.25 x 7, tan curved mount. Mount has soiling, light wear and rubbing. Shown are camels and their handlers underneath trees on a riverbank with the Pyramids in the background. Jarvis published many early survey views, including the Powell Survey to the Colorado River region and various historic events. In the 1880s he began a working relationship with Underwood & Underwood who purchased his business in 1897.
