Fold out illustr of "The New Cleary Business College," actual faculty photo mounted on one page plus three other illustr of graduates/professors, 10 x 7.5, quarter leather with marbled boards, pagination varying between 17-24 pages per issue. Covers worn, leather scuffed/scraped/peeling, corners bumped and worn, spine cover lacking, inner hinges crackedand covers loose, scattered light spotting, a few tears, toning, except for two issues the issues were bound in minus their covers, msot were bound in minus the full page ads (usually the last page), fold creases else contents clean and good/very good. Includes the expected news: departments, personal, local, alumni; class histories, memorials (one for two graduates who died in the Johnstown flood); acquisitions. There are also some interesting articles: travel in Michigan (Bay View, Port Huron, northern Michigan), presidential and literary biographies, race relations in the South, temperance, Columbian Exposition, visiting lecturers, i.e., Mary Livermore, travel in Yellowstone, Halloween, military history and much more. Lots of nice local ads: Samson's Wood Yard, J.J. Gibson photographers, Hewitt & Co. Shoes and two from Detroit businesses: Wright, Kay and Co Jewelers and Detroit Business University. An interesting bit of history. Scarce.
