11.5 x 8.5, leather like cloth, with Griem's name in gilt on front cover, soil and wear, contents with some glue staining else a nice collection of mostly typed letters signed by business associates and friends, plus newspaper announcements, telegrams, etc. Included among the well-wishers are: A[lwin] C. Ernst (founder of company), dozens of letters from E&E partners around the country, reps from companies such as Detroit Steel Products, General Mills, JL Hudson, Nash-Kelvinator, the City of Detroit (Auditor General George Engel), Socony-Vacuum Oil Co, Grinnell Brothers (R. Meginnity), Chrysler (Lester Moehring comptroller), The Timken-Detroit Axle Co (Walter F. Rockwell, Pres), several banks, law offices, fraternity brothers and Griem's Mom.
