Covers soiled and spotted, creasing, light staining on back cover, edges of cord frayed, tiny tear, little bit of soiling on first page, light musty smell else contents good/very good. Beautfiul chromolithographs of various structures with metal "Spanish" tiles, ex. Haddon Hall, Atlantic City; New York Harbor showing Ellis Island Buildings; Hollenbeck Home, Los Angeles plus one page showing the construction process for the tiles. The sepia illustr are also quite nice: for instance, the Union Depot, Denver; 125th Street Station, NYC; New French Hospital, San Francisco. Scarce.
