Covers worn, rubbed, spotted, small dents on top edges, extremities and corners worn, spine tips bumped, lower tip is torn, text block is almost detached from covers, ink inscription (To Margaret from grandmother Bagley October 16, 1896), text block cracked, pages loose, browning, soiling, small tears, chipping. The chromolithographs are very charming. Well loved asd sold as is. Scarce.
