Photo is 4.5 x 6.5, mount is 8 x 10. Scratches and light soiling to photo, mount is chipped, missing upper left corner and part of lower left side, light soiling. Scene is mainly of the center aisle of the store, a row of glass cases on the left (small oil cans, scissors, cutlery) with young men leaning on them (owners?), left wall is all drawers with a sample item attached to each drawer, above are kerosene lamps, items in cans. On the right are two rows of woodburning stoves, one with the partial name of "Eure" (the rest not in photo), pails and watering cans stored below, buckets suspended form the wooden ceiling. There is a small second level at the back where there is a desk. On the glass counter are two displays for these companies: Bradley & Vrooman Paint (a Chicago based company) and Chi-Namel. An interesting photo.
