Black and white, 10x8" photo of Gallery at top of captured enemy U-Boat. No publisher, no date (post WWII), v.g. Gallery captured U-Boat U-505 in the Atlantic. He towed the submarine back to the East Coast. This was the first time since War of 1812 that an American officer had boarded an enemy ship on the high seas.
