One page printed on recto only. 12.5 x 7.75”, nice legible ink writing, two wax seals with paper squares over top. Fold creases, some foxing and a few tiny pinholes else great condition with no tears. Deed gives “’Benj. Jacobs and to his heirs’ two common rights in Osborn’s pasture”, marked by Elizabeth Jacobs and Sarah Whitmore, signed by Joseph Whitmore and Daniel Jacobs, as well as Justice of the Peace Amos Putnam. A fascinating late 18th century document, would look nice framed.
