Oblong 4.5 x 6.25", worn, torn, soiled and lacks flap. Addressed to an Fauche, Schrubowytsch, Regensburg. Ganghofesiedling Wilhelm Raebe Str. N.24/448. Comes with letter 10.5 x 8", folded in four, good condition. It appears to be written in Ukrainian. The letter has the handwritten address of the Eibsee Hotel which was in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the host city of 1936 Winter Olympics. It was during the Olympics that Alpine Skiing made its debut. Perhaps the letter writer was an Olympic athlete? SWAF.
