Louis Menand, 1807-1900, a French born horticulturalist came to the Albany/Troy area of New York in 1837 where he started selling plants and trees, eventually acquiring land for greenhouses and a nursery. Comes with an additional errata (loose) from a different edition. The title indicates that this edition covers the time period 1807 to 1897. The NUC only lists two editions "1807 to 1892" (published 1892) and "1807 to 1898" (published 1898). Very SCARCE.
