4" piece of wound cable with brass end caps and a brass middle belt, mounted on a 9 x 7" wooden plaque with engraved identification plate below; on verso is a gold-colored printed paper sticker with info on the cable, and a gold-colored paper label from "Award Crafters" of Fairfax, VA. Some scratching to plaque on verso; labels are peeling a bit ("Award Crafters" label is creased).
