Illus., 9 x 6", wraps, 28pp, minor cover soil. Seargeant Jake Horner, 1855-1951, was the last survivor of General George Custer's Seventh Cavalry which fought at the battle of Little Big Horn. Horner and a few other soldiers were not present at the battle, they were left behind as there were not enough horses for the regiment. FIRST SENATE EDITION.
