3.5 x 4.5", thick card stock, with "The White House / Washington" printed at top in blue, a little unevenly toned with one ink spot. "For Red and Anita / This box is a memory of so many happy days we shared. It was always in the Presidents bedroom. I want you to have it now. / With my love / Jackie". In stained White House envelope that Jackie addressed to "The Undersecretary of the Navy, Paul B. Fay". With a lightly worn and stained, corner-bent holy card showing a photo of JFK on recto. Paul B. Fay was a longtime friend of JFK (from Officer Candidate School in WWII); he worked on JFK's campaigns for the House, Senate, and the Presidency; and, he wrote a book THE PLEASURE OF HIS COMPANY (copy included here) detailing his long friendship with JFK. Important piece of JFK memorabilia. The note, the envelope, holy card and book.
