Binding tight. Comes with: black clamshell box with gilt spine lettering, very good condition and black leather bookmark from the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich which has gilt illus. (rubbed) of the Queen's house and the Old Royal Observatory. FORE-EDGE PAINTING IS OF THE EXTERIOR OF THE GREENWICH HOSPITAL, LONDON WITH SAILING VESSELS IN FRONT ON THE THAMES AND A PARKLIKE SETTING OPPOSITE WHERE PEOPLE ARE STROLLING. Very detailed, stunning.
